I am a proud graduate of North Carolina A&T State University with a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering and the Johns Hopkins University with a MBA from the Carey School of Business. I am active in the community with my church and fraternity. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with family and guiding my two daughters with their academic, soccer and gymnastics endeavors.
There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.
My Client-First Philosophy
That said, in my experience as a real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.
This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. The Triangle Area is still rapidly growing and changing; therefore I consider myself an active student of the industry. I have a passion for this industry and take pride in serving the entire Triangle Area. My friends all know that my car is basically my “mobile office” because I am always on the go; but helping others is what I love to do.
In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients. I have been blessed with the opportunity to live in other parts of the country which has given me a great perspective on the treasures that the Triangle Area has to offer. I feel that it is my duty to always share my knowledge and experiences with my friends and clients so that you can always make an informed decision.
Are you looking to buy your Dream Home? Do you need to sell your home first? Are you relocating to the Triangle area from out of state? Are you a first time home buyer that is looking for good advice to start the home buying process? If your answer to any of these questions is YES, please give me a call. It would be my honor to serve as your REALTOR®.
For the last FOUR years in a row - Inc. 500 has included Fathom Realty as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation - from all industries! And most recently, we were named as the fastest growing privately held residential real estate company in the nation. Although that is wonderful recognition for us, it hasn't changed who we are or what has fueled our growth. Our motto certainly isn't original, "Whoever wants to be great must become a servant," but more and more people say they find it refreshing. As a company, the fact is we still simply exist to serve. If we get that part right, we believe growth will continue to take care of itself.
What does it look like at Fathom to "serve?" By providing our real estate professionals with support, technology, and training while encouraging, mobilizing, and equipping them to serve you, we have an atmosphere that considers others more important than ourselves. After all, we want you to experience the highest level of integrity and service when you need it most: when you are making a real estate decision.
Our goal is to ensure you are thoroughly served throughout your Fathom experience. Perhaps you can go out and do the same for someone that needs it as well? Let's change the world together (at least our corners of it!).
Thank you for placing your trust in Fathom Realty and God bless!
